Heritage Healthcare Basildon is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Care Assistants / Support Workers to support people within their own homes across the local area. This community-based domiciliary care role supports elderly and vulnerable clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable within their own homes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Medication prompting
- Mobility support
- Daily routines
- Light household tasks
- Accurate care records
Each visit helps support a client’s independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
What We Are Looking For
Caring, compassionate, reliable, punctual, friendly, respectful, good communicators, comfortable working independently, willing to learn and follow care procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and commitment
- Willingness to provide personal care where required
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, alternative weekends
Previous Experience
Experience in any of the following may be helpful. Full training may be provided for the right candidate.
