The Role of a Head Chef is simple… to create unforgettable customer experiences for our valued customers by creating delicious food and pizzas!
Responsibilities
- Overview team and help prepare food and pizzas according to customer specifications.
- Adhere to food safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure quality.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as needed.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders.
- Managing a team / supervisory experience

At Cinquecento Neapolitan Pizzeria, we take pride in creating a very authentic Italian experience, our cuisine offering Italian traditional dishes. Born in Naples and raised in London.
Our founders Emanuele and Melo came from Italy with the dream of building a truly authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria in the heart of the city. When they started making close to 1000 pizzas per day, they realised the appetite for Italy’s greatest export was just as great in London as back home in Napoli. 10 years on and a lot of Pizza’s later, the dream, Cinquecento was born. Using only the freshest D.O.P ingredients and Nonna’s secret recipe dough, we are proud to be serving London’s best pizza! The doors of our flagship restaurant, Cale St, opened in December 2019 and the rest they say, is history. We now operate over 5 venues and our Company is ever expanding.
£18.50 to £19.50 per hour plus tronc/tip payments, service charge, bonus and great benefits
