What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end‑to‑end technical delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps.
- Design with purpose, build with quality, and deliver with impact.
- Lead the delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment.
- Design apps and workflows that simplify processes and deliver measurable value.
- Build automated processes using cloud and desktop flows.
- Develop intuitive Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven).
- Implement ALM best practices, including environment strategy and CI/CD.
- Champion security and compliance across all solutions.
- Drive quality and performance through testing, optimisation, and standards.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
- Explore new Power Platform capabilities and shape our automation strategy.
