What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end‑to‑end technical delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps.
  • Design with purpose, build with quality, and deliver with impact.
  • Lead the delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment.
  • Design apps and workflows that simplify processes and deliver measurable value.
  • Build automated processes using cloud and desktop flows.
  • Develop intuitive Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven).
  • Implement ALM best practices, including environment strategy and CI/CD.
  • Champion security and compliance across all solutions.
  • Drive quality and performance through testing, optimisation, and standards.
  • Mentor and support engineers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
  • Explore new Power Platform capabilities and shape our automation strategy.
