As a leader in high‑end construction, heritage conservation and specialist crafts in London and the South of England, we take pride in working on Britain’s finest private residences, luxury hotels and most cherished historic architecture. We believe our people are our greatest asset, as it’s their dedication to excellence that has been the foundation for our outstanding reputation.

As a Project Manager you’ll take responsibility for delivering complex construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion. You’ll lead the project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure programmes, quality standards and commercial targets are achieved. You’ll drive project planning, strategy and reporting while managing risk, change and performance. You’ll maintain strong relationships with clients and the wider project team throughout delivery. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected.

Just some of the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

  • You’ll lead and coordinate all project activities, ensuring the team delivers against programme, quality and commercial targets.
  • You’ll manage projects from pre‑construction through delivery and into post‑completion, maintaining performance across all stages.
  • You’ll develop and maintain detailed project programmes, reviewing progress and managing risk, change and delays.
  • You’ll lead and manage the project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure collaborative and effective project delivery.
  • You’ll oversee the commercial performance of the project, working closely with the commercial team to manage procurement, change and financial reporting.
  • You’ll ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance are maintained across the project and site operations.

Where you’ll be based

You’ll join our London Region, where we’ve built basements, refurbished iconic homes and added ultra‑high finishes to a long list of homes. Working in London’s dynamic and demanding environment calls for expert management and exceptional skills to deliver projects of the highest quality.

You’ll be based onsite at one of our prestigious projects, joining a warm, professional team that takes pride in craftsmanship and detail.

Some of the rewards of working with us:

  • Grow your skills and your career with access to full training and development programmes designed to help you reach your full potential.
  • Be part of an inclusive workplace where everyone is respected, valued, and encouraged to share ideas and make a real impact.
  • Enjoy a comprehensive rewards package including a competitive salary, company pension, sick pay, life cover, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, and long‑service recognition.
  • Earn more time off with a holiday allowance that increases with your length of service – plus all bank holidays.
  • Save on everyday essentials with exclusive discounts at leading retailers and supermarkets.
  • Get 24/7 support through our Employee Assistance Programme, offering expert advice, counselling, and practical help whenever you need it.
  • Enjoy a restful holiday break – we close during the Christmas period, giving you the chance to relax over the festive season.
  • We prioritise your wellbeing with our healthcare programmes, annual flu vaccines, and for those who will benefit, a personalised menopause plan.

The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • You’ll bring strong knowledge of construction project management, particularly delivering complex and high‑value projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
  • You’ll understand construction contracts, particularly JCT forms, with the ability to manage contractual obligations, risk and change throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You’ll demonstrate strong commercial awareness, working closely with commercial teams to manage budgets, financial performance and reporting.
  • You’ll have strong planning and programming capability, understanding how to develop and manage construction programmes and respond to delays or changes.
  • You’ll understand construction methods, sequencing and the coordination of consultants, designers and specialist subcontractors across the project.
  • You’ll be confident managing health and safety, compliance and quality standards, ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the highest level of workmanship.
