We are seeking to recruit a Lead Service Architect (Markets).

As the Lead Service Architect (Markets), you will provide clear architectural leadership across our Markets and Commercial teams, simplify complexity, strengthen oversight, and build technology that supports a well‑governed, high‑performing global marketplace.

  • Align Markets strategy with technology decisions that are practical, robust and future‑ready.
  • Simplify complex application landscapes, reducing duplication, cost and risk.
  • Set clear architectural direction that supports strong market and commercial performance.
  • Build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Provide clear, achievable roadmaps that balance cost, control and innovation.
  • Govern change with discipline, managing architectural risk and enabling predictable delivery.
  • Ensure solutions are compliant, scalable and fit for purpose in a regulated environment.

  • Collaborate with the wider architecture community to stay consistent and joined‑up.
  • Stay curious about modern tools, data, AI and industry best practice.
