Supported Living Officer

Eden Brown is seeking a highly experienced Supported Housing Officer for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract in Manchester.

The role involves hybrid working: 2–3 days at home or at the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester, including vulnerable, young, and older persons services.
• Address income challenges.
• Support tenancy sustainment.
• Safeguard, address domestic abuse, and promote community safety.
• Deal with environmental issues such as fly‑tipping and garden maintenance.

Qualifications

• Extensive housing management experience.
• Access to a personal vehicle.
