Recovery Coordinator — Lead Recovery & Group Work

Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Castletown to join the team at HMP Portland. The role involves supporting service users through their recovery journey from drug and/or alcohol issues, providing assessments, and designing tailored workshops to promote meaningful lives.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of substance misuse, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a supportive team environment. The position offers 25 days of annual leave and other benefits.
