Noisy Oyster is a new concept from the team behind Firebird restaurant serving fish and seafood alongside simple, seasonal vegetable‑based dishes with cocktails and wines in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. We are an independent women‑led business, working with just local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience working with fish and seafood
  • Hard‑working and dedicated to high standards of work
  • Possesses a “can‑do” attitude, positive and outgoing
  • 2+ years of experience in similar chef roles
