Job Summary

Contract Personnel is recruiting for a Fork Lift Driver/Intake Operative based in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is preferred, but the factory is accessible by train route from Norwich station.

Responsibilities

• Operating food production machinery efficiently
• Providing first‑level fault diagnosis, analysis and problem solving, and taking responsibility for solutions
• Reporting servicing requirements as appropriate, and strictly adhering to all production procedures while playing an active part in site hygiene
• Performing fork lift duties including moving ingredients from outside to the production area
• Any other duties as required

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Thursday – Days
• Friday to Monday – Days
• Friday to Monday – Nights
• Weekly rotational shifts

Days: 07:00 – 19:00 (Basic £13.65 plus overtime)

Nights: 19:00 – 07:00 (Basic £14.15 plus overtime)

Requirements

• A valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Licence is essential.
