FLT Driver

Pro-Found Recruitment is looking to recruit an FLT Driver for our client based in Ripley to work on Continental shifts (4 days on, 4 days off). Start date: ASAP.

• FLI Driver shifts: Static Days: 12 hour shift, 4 on, 4 off (6am‑6pm)
• Pay: £14.04 for basic hours, £21.06 for overtime

Duties

• Work in a fast‑paced warehouse.
• Perform FLT Driver combi lift work.
• Unload and load vehicles as part of your role as FLT Driver.
• Move stock around the warehouse and site.
• Pick duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Forklift licence (essential).
• Previous FLT driving and warehouse picking experience (essential) – minimum of 12 months in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Self‑motivated and disciplined.
• Willingness xlqdzyr to also carry out picking/warehouse duties as part of the role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Respectful.
• Flexible approach to work and duties.
• Have an excellent understanding for health and safety.
