Construction Site Manager to be based on site near Okehampton, West Devon.
We are looking for a highly capable individual to join our Works Department (London Branch) in a site‑based role near Okehampton, West Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role on a major live construction project within a fast‑paced and professional environment. The initial contract is for twelve months, with the potential to become a permanent position, subject to performance and future project opportunities across the South West.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Construction related qualification (HNC/HND) and/or relevant trade qualification
- Current Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Current First Aid at Work qualification
- Proven and recent experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills across multiple trades and disciplines
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making skills
- Competent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
- Self‑motivated, proactive and professional approach to work
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Willingness to undertake training programmes where required
- Commitment to ongoing personal development needs and maintaining industry knowledge
- Full UK driving licence and at least 6 months of driving experience since passing the test
