Office Manager Role
Full-time, 5 days a week
Location: Central London
Initial 6 month contract
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Weekly Invoice Schedules from Accounts – Authorising Payments, Querying Invoices, Master Filing System in place for this, both electronically and paper
- Purchase Orders – Setting up new orders for any Site Purchases Required
- New Account Approvals
- Assisting Security Office – Paperwork / Orders / Deliveries
- Incoming Deliveries – Checking, lifting upstairs, storing away
- Greeting Customers / Visitors on arrival
- Assisting Visitors with PPE on Demand
- Carrying out Internal Inductions for all new starters / gathering all information
- I.T Requests for all new starters / desk set ups
- Monthly Progress Reports for Client MeetingsLiaising with the Clients requests
- Diary / Meeting Room rota upkeep for the Teams
- Staff Holiday Calendar / Records / Course Attendances
- Purchase Order Schedule – Keeping up to date every day
- Meeting Minutes when Applicable
- Appraisal Dates / Forms
- Signage – Create Signage on request
- Office Presentation / Set Up
