Overview
At Places for People, we hire People, not numbers. Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure, we are looking to recruit an Enterprise Architect on a permanent basis. This is a brand-new function within the Commercial IT team, working alongside the Security, Cloud and Service Operations teams. You will contribute to architectural and documentation design, assess the existing state, and define the preferred target operating model.
You will work closely with the wider IT function, understanding and interpreting requirements across stakeholders to translate, document, visualise, present and select options to address business challenges. Ideally, this role would be based in Northwich 2–3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and documentation to support current and target operating models.
- Collaborate with Security, Cloud, and Service Operations teams and the wider IT function.
- Interpret requirements from stakeholders and translate them into tangible options to address business challenges.
Qualifications / Skills
- Proven track record of working as an Enterprise Architect.
- Experience of working with Azure is desirable.
- Proven ability to document processes and procedures at a high level.
- Strategic mindset and strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
