Brocket Hall is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and members, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will manage daily reception duties including greeting guests, handling enquiries, managing bookings, and supporting general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage telephone, email and in-person enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Handle bookings and appointments for various services offered at Brocket Hall.
- Process payments and manage general queries.
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
- Support other departments with administrative duties and communications.
- Deliver food and beverage services as required by the company
- Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with booking and management systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
