Teaching Assistant Level 2

• have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of workingwith children of primary school age or NVQ 2 or equivalent in teachingassistance
• have experience of working within the Primaryphase
• have high expectations for all children
• have the ability to build and maintain successfulrelationships with pupils, treating them with respect and kindness, anddemonstrating consideration for their development as learners
• demonstrate high standards of spoken and writtenEnglish
• work as part of an effective team
• carry out administrative tasks to a good standard,including using ICT
• be prepared to contribute to all aspects of schoollife
