Houston & Hawkes are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team, delivering refined pastries, desserts and sweet offerings within a premium Central London client site.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional, high‑quality kitchen where creativity, precision and presentation are at the heart of everything. From premium hospitality to bespoke events, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.

THE ROLE

  • Preparing high‑quality pastries, desserts and sweet offerings
  • Supporting premium hospitality and event service
  • Delivering consistent, beautifully presented pastry items
  • Working closely with chefs and hospitality teams
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards
  • Supporting seasonal menu development and creative ideas

About You

  • Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong pastry background
  • Passion for pastry, creativity and presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Calm, organised and professional approach
  • Team player with a positive attitude
