THE ROLE
- Preparing high‑quality pastries, desserts and sweet offerings
- Supporting premium hospitality and event service
- Delivering consistent, beautifully presented pastry items
- Working closely with chefs and hospitality teams
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards
- Supporting seasonal menu development and creative ideas
About You
- Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong pastry background
- Passion for pastry, creativity and presentation
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Calm, organised and professional approach
- Team player with a positive attitude
