As a Personal Support Worker/Care Worker, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Every person you support will have their own goals, routines, and ambitions – and your role is to help them live their best life.
About Transforming Support
Transforming Support provides specialist supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live the life they choose, rather than being expected to adapt to a system. Our approach is grounded in dignity, independence, and truly person‑centred support – focusing on what matters most to each individual and empowering them to live on their own terms.
