About the Service
We support four female individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Support individuals with mobility needs, including wheelchair support where required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar care/support role is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our friendly team.
Working Hours & Shift Patterns
20 hours per week.
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Visa and Work Eligibility
NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.
Applicants must have a valid right to work in the UK and at least two years remaining on their current visa if they are on immigration routes.
