Factory Operative

All Square Recruitment are recruiting a Factory Operative for a reputable employer based in Great Bentley, Essex.

This is a full‑time role with an immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Operating a pump truck
• Picking and packing items efficiently
• General factory duties – manual handling, cardboard bailing, etc.
• Working on a production line, ensuring all products are handled with care
• Reporting any defects to the supervisor
• Working in a fast and efficient manner

Key Requirements

• Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Great Bentley
• Ability to work well with others with good communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hard working
• Experience using a pump truck

7:30am till 4pm
