Location: Llys Hafren Care Home – Severn Rd, Welshpool SY21 7AR

Salary: £13.67 per hour

Hours: 0 hour Contract – As/When needed in service

Shift Times: Days (06:45-21:15) Nights (21:00 – 07:00)

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
