The National Autistic Society is looking for caring and reliable Bank Support Workers to join their team at Mansfield House in Croydon. Your primary role will involve assisting individuals with personal care and encouraging engaging activities, while adhering to their support plans and routines.

This position offers flexible shifts, allowing you to choose your working hours. The role requires a positive attitude and a passion for supporting vulnerable people, and while experience with autistic individuals is beneficial, it is not essential.
