Seasonal Chef de Partie

Looking to step up in your culinary career? We’re on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a 32-hour seasonal contract through to September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your own section, work alongside experienced chefs, and be part of a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring high-quality food standards
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our specifications
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Support team members and step up when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
• Passion for food and attention to detail
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure
