Looking to step up in your culinary career? We’re on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a 32-hour seasonal contract through to September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your own section, work alongside experienced chefs, and be part of a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for your section, ensuring high-quality food standards
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our specifications
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to keep service running smoothly
- Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- Support team members and step up when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
- Passion for food and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure
