Trainee & Experienced Windscreen Technicians – Chelmsford

Working Hours

Annualised hours, operating Monday–Saturday with shifts ranging from 7:30am to 6:00pm. Rota provided in advance. Approx. 40 hours per week.

Transport Requirement

Full UK manual driving licence required.

Roles Available

• Trainee Technician – no prior experience required; training provided by the company. Starting salary £29,983.
• Experienced Technician – requires prior experience fitting vehicle glass. Salary up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A genuine people person who enjoys working with customers.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace vehicle glass for customers at their homes or workplaces.
• Use industry‑leading tools and equipment to deliver high‑quality work.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem‑solving.

Training & Development

• Full training programme for trainees, IMI‑recognised Technician qualification.
• Ongoing development to become a skilled, experienced fitter.
• Training to fit and sell value‑added products such as wipers.
