Salary: GBP45,000 – GBP50,000 per annum + 34 days holiday, pension, free travel, excellent company benefits, employee assistance program (incl. retail/leisure discounts and wellbeing services).

Location: Perth (commutable from Dundee, Cupar, Kinross, Crieff, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Falkirk, Leven).

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of engineers in the workshop.
• Motivating staff to meet targets and maintain high standards in cleaning, maintenance and reliability of our buses.
• Working with Operations Departments to ensure PVR is met at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge of PCV operations.
• Seeking a long‑term career with technical progression and full specialist training.
