Flexible Corporate Lawyer Consultant

You will advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.

You will manage your own caseload with support from an experienced legal team, building long-term client relationships with complete flexibility over when and where you work.
