We are looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team, supporting four individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities across two homes.
This role can be challenging at times, but it is also incredibly rewarding. You will play an important role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, encouraging independence, promoting wellbeing, and helping them achieve their personal goals.
This is a permanent position for 16 hours per week, with shifts worked on a rota basis according to the needs of the service.
Shift patterns may include:
- Sleep-in shifts (as required), followed by 7:00am till 9:00am support
Flexibility is essential, as weekend and Bank Holiday working is expected.

£12.71 per hour
Contract:
Permanent, 16 hours per week

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.
