Location: Reigate. Dates TBC, 7:30am to 6:30pm.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Head Chef to join a friendly team in Reigate.

The successful candidate will be confident and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• All hands on deck, involving all duties around the kitchen
• Preparing and serving meals for on-site staff
• Ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Managing workload efficiently during busy periods
• Managing and overlooking the kitchen operation as needed

Qualifications

• Previous chef and catering experience
• Valid Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
• Valid Food Allergens Certificate
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Health & Safety certification (CAT/HS)
