Primary School Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join our team, most likely within EYFS/KS1.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that ensure all pupils make strong progress.
- Set challenging learning objectives and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform future teaching.
- Provide effective feedback and maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and progress.
- Support pupils’ wellbeing as a tutor, including safeguarding and pastoral care responsibilities.
Pay range: M1- M6
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Ability to deliver consistently good or outstanding lessons.
- Excellent classroom management and use of assessment to raise standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
