About the role
Join Care UK, a multi award winning care provider as a Senior Care Assistant.
In this position you will lead and supervise your shift, case manage residents, liaise with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered. You will administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and support residents with daily needs, keeping them as active and independent as possible. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop services, providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the shift

Qualifications and skills
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable (or equivalent)
- Well organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- Good understanding of care planning processes
- Experience with or willingness to undertake training on administering medication
- Natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling
