Trainee Driver – Hourly

Overview

Salary Trainee Driver – Thanet. Training pay £12.71 per hour for 6–8weeks, £32,062.68 annual earnings after training based on 39hours per week. More information: Stagecoach Bus Driver Apprenticeship Level2.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry‑leading training and secure a PCV licence.
• Participate in ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of the Level2 Apprenticeship.
• Drive Stagecoach’s fleet of buses safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all passengers.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, safety‑focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Age 18years or older.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication skills, a friendly and courteous approach, and a genuine desire to serve passengers.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
