Overview
Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist mental health, learning disability and community healthcare services for the population of the Black Country.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to provide diary management, such as booking appointments and maintain electronic records in accordance with Trust policy. You will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the service. It will be expected that the post holder will be able to think on their feet, provide flexible cover for service opening hours and able to cover times of absence such as holidays and sick leave. The work will be demanding and varied and you will be required to have excellent demonstrable administrative skills, be confident and assertive and be able to work autonomously using your own initiative.
Qualifications
You should be a competent audio typist and have a good knowledge of Excel.
Location
This post will be based in Walsall locality however applicants must be prepared to work across the Black Country as and when required.
