Support Worker – Dementia & Elderly Care

About the Role

We are recruiting compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality care to older adults living with dementia and frailty across services in Kent. You will support independence, dignity, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Promote independence through care plans set by OTs and physiotherapists
• Encourage participation in activities (group & 1:1)
• Maintain clear and accurate care records
• Report safeguarding concerns in line with policy
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards

Requirements

• Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to complete)
• Care Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience supporting vulnerable or elderly individuals preferred
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
