Retail & Commercial Banking is a global business integrating all our retail and commercial banking activities to better serve our customers, improve efficiency and drive value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers over the phone.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries, and servicing.
  • Update customer records.
  • Help keep our customers and the bank safe.
  • Build relationships and find solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
  • Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience delivering outstanding customer service, face‑to‑face or telephony background.
  • Strong listening and effective communication with customers.
  • Desire to go above‑and‑beyond for customers.
  • Effective team working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach.
  • Ability to follow process but also think on your feet.
  • Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Benefits

  • Salary range: £25,000.00 – £31,579.00 per annum (depending on experience).
  • £500 annual cash allowance.
