Senior Leader, Children’s Commissioning & Market Strategy

Cheshire East is seeking a Head of Service – Commissioning based in Crewe. This role involves providing strategic leadership for children’s commissioned services, covering SEND and social care, while ensuring services are safe, high-quality, and sustainable.

The ideal candidate will lead commissioning strategies, develop provider markets, and ensure compliance with statutory obligations under the Children Act. Strong experience in children’s commissioning and a social work qualification are required.
