What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of around 25 Store Managers and 200 colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
- Drive sales performance, commercial success and operational excellence across your region.
- Analyse trends, identify opportunities and create actionable plans to continuously improve results.
- Build high-performing store leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and development.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by empowering teams to live and breathe our EPIC values.
- Ensure compliance across all operational, EHS and audit measures, maintaining best-in‑class standards.
- Oversee payroll, shrinkage and controllable costs to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments such as Commercial, HR, Supply and Marketing to achieve divisional goals.
- Champion colleague engagement, talent development and apprenticeship initiatives across your region.
The Person

- An experienced retail leader with a proven track record of managing multi‑site operations.
- A strong communicator and coach who inspires confidence and motivates others to deliver their best.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people focus with strong business acumen.
- Skilled in analysing data, identifying performance trends and turning insight into action.
- Adaptable, resilient and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about health, wellness and leading with purpose.
