People Operations – Services Coordinator

We are evolving how HR works. We are moving beyond traditional service delivery to a model that is smarter, more insight‑led, and genuinely impactful whilst remaining optimised, efficient and people‑focused. This is not your standard HR admin type role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality HR support across all aspects of the full employee lifecycle
  • Take ownership of queries and issues, seeing them through to resolution
  • Work confidently with HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Produce and work with HR data and reports, spotting trends and highlighting key insights
  • Identify inefficiencies and help to implement practical improvements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance how the team and business operates

Qualifications

  • Experience in an HR or shared services environment
  • Confidence working with HR systems and data, with strong attention to detail
  • Someone who naturally looks for ways to improve things, not just maintain them
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong relationships

Employment Details

This is a full‑time role, working 5 days and based in our head office in Broxburn, Midlothian. Hybrid working may be considered once the role is sufficiently established.
