Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical 1-to-1 support to women and non-binary people involved in sex work or who are sexually exploited, addressing stigma and access barriers.
• Enable clients to access support and navigate services by partnering with other agencies and making appropriate referrals for wider needs.
• Contribute to team responsibilities including outreach, drop‑in support, and duty duties.
• Focus on women who are homeless and experiencing domestic violence or abuse, providing intensive practical and emotional support to navigate health, social care and criminal justice systems.
• Advocate for clients, challenge stigma and judgment, and support them through pathways of support with Basis and partners, including assisting those who wish to exit or transition out of sex work.
