- Executing customer‑facing CPD programmes and congress activity to support ongoing education and awareness building.
- Monitoring market/competitive developments and bringing forward insights to inform plans and content.
- Supporting accurate forecasting and working with demand planning to ensure appropriate stock management and allocation where required.
- Translating complex clinical and scientific data into clear, compliant customer‑relevant messages while ensuring scientific integrity across all customer‑facing activity.
- Providing high‑impact technical engagements where required, including key accounts, advisory activity (KOLs) or internal capability building.
- Providing technical advice to customers in line with pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Leading the cross‑functional brand leadership team and coordinating workstreams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
