Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and complete set work.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support student engagement.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teachers and senior staff on student progress and behaviour.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and school procedures at all times.

Educational requirements
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- A-Levels or a Degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Sports Coach).
- Classroom management experience is advantageous but not essential – full guidance provided.
