Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant evidence in whole‑school transformation leading directly to outstanding outcomes for pupils. They must demonstrate exceptional leadership and exemplary classroom practice. The final responsibilities for this role will be negotiated according to the successful candidate’s experience and ambitions.
