Recruiter Level 3 (Apprenticeship)

Working closely with the founder, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in live retained assignments, learning how senior professionals are identified, engaged, assessed, and presented to clients. This is a structured apprenticeship combining formal training with real‑world experience in a high‑performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping across target markets and industries
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal CRM systems
• Support candidate identification and outreach strategies
• Conduct initial qualification calls with prospective candidates
• Write professional candidate summaries and profiles
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and client updates
• Contribute to the full end-to-end executive search process

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
• A Levels (or equivalent) in any subject (Pass or above)
