Salary: £15.00 per hour (£31,200 per annum equivalent)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:45am – 2:15pm

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join a well-established organic food production business working on multispecies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong knife skills and previous butchery experience looking for a stable, long-term role with opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and preparing meat to specification
• Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
• Working efficiently within a production environment
• Following food safety procedures
• Keeping workstations clean and organised

Requirements

• Previous butchery experience essential
• Strong knife skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards
