Requirements
- Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar school-based role
- Experience supporting students with SEMH, trauma, or challenging behaviour
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects
- A calm, resilient and patient approach
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and flexibility
