Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader

Location: Chelmsford, Colchester, and Southend

Compensation: £180-£200 per day (self‑employed) + £50 per week fuel allowance

Employment type: Self‑employed, on‑going contract with a view to permanent

Responsibilities

• Carpentry repairs
• Plumbing repairs
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Plastering
• Painting & decorating
• General building maintenance

Requirements

• Experience as a carpenter/plumber multi‑trader with social housing and building services experience
• Own vehicle and a UK driving licence
• Ability to provide full tools
