We areseekinga friendly, motivated Pub Team Member to bring great energy and service to our restaurant and bar. As a key representative of our venue,youllextend a warm welcome to guests and owners, take their orders, deliver tasty food and drinks, and create a hospitable atmosphere that encourages them to return.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they havea great experience.
– Taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.
– Handling payments and ensuring orders areaccurateand delivered promptly.
– Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.
– Working closely with all team across the venue to deliver operational excellence.
– Knowing the menuwell enough,toassistguests with recommendations and queries.
Requirements
-Previousexperience in apub,restaurant, fastfoodor customer service role or as a waiter orwaitressis desirable but notrequiredas training will be provided.
– Effective communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
– Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
– Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.
