Location: Nottinghamshire • Contract: Temporary to Permanent • Pay: Up to £16.50 per hour (DOE)

A well-established company in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter to join the team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. If you have any electrical experience, knowledge, or qualifications, this is a great opportunity to build your skills with full training and long‑term progression.

The Role

• Assemble a variety of electrical components and units
• Complete wiring tasks including crimping and cable preparation
• Test units to ensure they meet relevant electrical standards
• Identify, diagnose, and report faults during the build process
• Work with low and medium‑voltage components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment safely and confidently

What We’re Looking For

• Previous electrical experience or relevant electrical qualifications
• Basic understanding of electrical diagrams and schematics
• Confident using a range of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to fault‑finding
