Taylor Reeves Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting several HGV Class 1 Drivers for a new contract based in Dartford, Kent. Starting on the 5th May 2026.

Job Description

• Temporary to permanent opportunities
• Night trunks, start times from 18:00 onwards.
• Must hold a C+E Licence for a minimum of 12 months with minor endorsement points
• Box trailer, cages
• Low cab Mercedes Actros with Mirror cam.
• Planned, timed routes. Communication is key for this role
• Daily vehicle ealk round checks, reporting defects and RTI’s
• Adhere to all health and safety standards throughout all aspects of driving.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding schedules, delays etc.

The Role

• 10 weeks temp to perm
• Minimum 10 hours per day. 45 minute break deduction (unpaid)
• Overtime available
• General Haulage
• Pay from £22 per hour.
