Production Operator – Bottling & Tank Room

At Robinson Brewery, we don’t just brew great beer—we deliver it to customers at the highest standard every time. We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Production Operator to join our Bottling & Tank Room team and play a key role in getting our products from tank to bottle, safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

• Setting up and operating bottling and tank room equipment
• Handling beer and soft drinks through processing and delivery to packaging lines
• Carrying out quality checks, sampling, and recording results
• Troubleshooting faults and keeping downtime to a minimum
• Supporting and training teammates to raise team performance
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining world‑class standards
• Keeping everything safe, clean, and audit‑ready at all times

Working pattern

• Monday to Friday (morning & afternoon shifts)
• Flexibility required based on business needs
• Bank holidays included (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day)

What we’re looking for

Essential:

• A strong team player with a “can‑do” attitude
• Pride in delivering high‑quality results
• Great attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
• Ability to adapt, learn, and support othersConfidence in maintaining equipment and spotting issues early

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in food/drink manufacturing or FMCG
• Knowledge of packaging or liquid processing
• Engineering or maintenance experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods
• IBD Packaging Certification (or working towards it)
