Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of steel fabrication projects from tender through to completion. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

This is a hands‑on role with real autonomy. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Commercial and shop floor teams, managing programme, cost, risk and change across multiple live projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing projects end to end from pre‑qualification and tender through to final close‑out
• Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes using MS Project
• Leading project kick‑off, review and close‑out meetings
• Managing budgets, cashflow, cost forecasting and variations
• Controlling change including early warnings, CEs and contract amendments
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to high safety and quality standards
• Supporting RAMS, ITPs and lift plans alongside delivery teams
• Carrying out site visits, supplier meetings and client updates
• Promoting continuous improvement and best practice

What we’re looking for

• Proven project management experience with a strong delivery track record
• Confident communicator who can lead teams and manage stakeholders
• Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working autonomously
• Experience using MS Project
