Responsibilities
- Ensure all processes run efficiently.
- Maintain systems properly.
- Collate and prepare probation information for case files.
- Handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and people on probation in a busy environment.
- Use strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
